Mexico is a country located in North America, which is characterized by having a very competitive agri-food sector at the international level, thanks to the production of various fruits and vegetables, such as avocado, blueberry, strawberry, raspberry, mango, chili, among others.

In the international ranking, Mexico occupies first place in the production of avocado and blackberry; second place as a producer of lemon and raspberry and third place in the production of strawberry, asparagus and grapefruit.

In the last 20 years, Mexico’s international trade has grown considerably thanks to the support of the government, the country's location on the American continent and it’s infrastructure facilitates exports and imports around the world.

To promote foreign trade, Mexico has signed 13 Free Trade Agreements. It has 49 customs offices for maritime, air and land traffic, which makes it possible for Mexican products to reach any part of the world.
